To be a reflective practitioner, one must be
constantly present, observing, and analyzing his or her work. Nothing
will be learned if there is no reflection about the moment. The
reflection could include examples such as how the event could have gone
better, what did go well, or what can be changed to be more successful
in the future. Reflection is similar to history class; we learn from
our mistakes and our successes. It is incredibly important to
constantly be analyzing the situation to become better in the chosen
situation.
